Hawaij Masala – Case

This blend is developed in collaboration with critically acclaimed culinary and cultural storyteller, Nadir Nahdi. Inspired by his Yemeni and Pakistani heritage, the blend gets its savoury depth and spice from Jodhana Cumin, Peni Miris Cinnamon, And Kandyan Cloves. Hawaij Masala is a versatile, warming and can be used to cook signature dishes from lamb zorbiyan and chicken Mandi to a vegetable stew.
