Return & Exchange Process

1 Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.

2 Receive Return Authorization

We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions within 24-48 hours. Please do not ship items without this authorization.

3 Package Your Items

Include all original packaging, accessories, and the item in its original condition. For AirPods Cases and iPhone Cases, ensure all protective films are intact.

4 Ship to Our Headquarters

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refund Methods & Timing

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 7-14 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your PayPal account
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
  • Exchange Shipping: Free shipping for all approved exchanges
Note: The timing of when your refund posts to your account depends on your financial institution’s processing times. International refunds may take additional time to process through cross-border payment systems.

Conditions & Non-Returnable Items

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Protective films on cases and screen protectors must be intact
  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • AirPods Cases that have been installed or used
  • Opened Screen Protectors from iPad Cases and iPhone Cases categories
  • Custom or Personalized Items from our Bestsellers or Bundle & Save collections
  • Products with Removed Protective Films from any accessory category

Defective items are covered under our warranty and will be replaced at no charge.

Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for:

  • Size or color changes for iPhone 14 Series, iPhone 15 Series, and iPhone 16 Pro Max cases
  • Different models within the same product category (iPad Air to iPad Mini cases, etc.)
  • Defective items from our Accessories, Charging, or Apple Watch collections

Exchange shipping is always free, and we’ll include a prepaid return label for your convenience.
