Delivery Issues

6. Returns and Exchanges

Return Window

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• Included with all original packaging and accessories
• Returned with protective films intact (for cases and screen protectors)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

• AirPods Cases that have been installed or used
• Opened Screen Protectors from iPad Cases and iPhone Cases categories
• Custom or Personalized Items from our Bestsellers or Bundle & Save collections
• Products with removed protective films from any accessory category

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours
3. Package your items with all original packaging and accessories

5. We’ll inspect your items within 3-5 business days and process your exchange or refund

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
